Rules and Regulations

1. Our funeral chapels are open to all, regardless of religious affiliation or background.

2. To avoid disruption of the traffic flow during Sunday Masses, we do not permit interments on Sundays.

3. We kindly request that all visitors to our funeral chapels adhere to the following decorum guidelines:

  • Please refrain from boisterous laughter and noisy activities, as these can be disruptive to others who are grieving. We encourage families to pray and keep vigil in a manner that is mindful of the sensitivities of others.

  • Drinking liquor, smoking, and gambling are strictly prohibited inside and outside the funeral chapels.

  • Moving of chapel furniture from one place to another and the use of wax candles are not permitted.

  • The church's gates are closed between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Access to the church premises is restricted during these hours.

  • Please note that personal belongings and the security of cars in the parking area are the sole responsibility of their owners. The church is not liable for any damage or loss.

4. In the event that the family wishes to have a funeral mass, they may coordinate with the parish secretary to make the necessary arrangements only upon the availability of a priest.

  • Only a Catholic priest is authorized to officiate a funeral mass in the funeral chapel.

  • A guest priest must present a "celebret" to the office secretary during office hours in order to be permitted to conduct mass.

  • The office will provide a permit slip to the priest, which will allow him to conduct mass. The   guard will not permit the celebration of mass if a permit is not presented.

  • The parish does not provide a priest for graveside services.

5. Our maintenance personnel will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to assist you with any needs you may have.

6. Please be cautious of individuals entering the funeral chapels that may be disguising themselves or misrepresenting themselves as parish personnel. If you have any doubts, please report them to the guard on duty.

7. The family and the funeral service provider are responsible for the disposal of the flowers, ensuring that no flowers remain in the Chapels. Failure to comply will lead to the loss of the bond.

8. Promptly report any damages or breakages of furniture and equipment to the administration for appropriate action. Kindly note that damages and breakages caused by the family member or guests will be charged to the family.

9. Our funeral services at St. John Bosco Parish are competitively priced and offer excellent value for the facilities and services provided. As such, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any further discounts, including senior citizen discounts, for donation.

10. A receipt will be provided upon donation. Kindly request for a receipt if needed.
